You may use TREX GROW only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and, where applicable, have authority to act on behalf of your business or organization. You are responsible for ensuring that your users, employees, agents, and other representatives comply with these terms.

3. Services covered by these terms

• TREX GROW business software, dashboards, workflows, and customer-facing tools.
• Public catalog pages and quotation workflows created through TREX GROW features.
• Website pages, trial access, demos, support, and related service materials.

4. Account registration and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, controlling access to your workspace, and promptly notifying TREX GROW of unauthorized use or suspected security incidents affecting your account.

5. Subscriptions, fees, and billing

Paid features may require a subscription, implementation fee, or other commercial arrangement. Pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, taxes, and payment conditions are governed by the applicable proposal, order form, invoice, or other commercial agreement between you and TREX GROW.

6. Customer data and public catalogs

You retain responsibility for the business information, product data, pricing, images, catalogs, quotations, and other materials you upload, generate, or share through TREX GROW. If you create a product catalog and share its public link, the content included in that catalog may be visible to prospects and other external recipients with access to the link. You are responsible for deciding what information is published and for using available company settings to hide company profile or product information when needed.

7. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not upload or share content you do not have the right to use or disclose.
• Do not interfere with platform stability, security, or availability.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or misuse of data.
• Do not use TREX GROW to distribute illegal, harmful, misleading, infringing, or fraudulent content.

8. Intellectual property

TREX GROW and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, software, branding, designs, documentation, and related materials, except for customer data and materials owned by the customer. Subject to these terms and any applicable commercial agreement, TREX GROW grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business operations.

9. Third-party services and integrations

TREX GROW may interact with third-party infrastructure, integrations, or external services. Those third-party offerings are governed by their own terms and policies, and TREX GROW is not responsible for third-party systems outside its reasonable control.

10. Service availability and changes

TREX GROW may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. While we aim to provide a reliable service, availability may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure issues, security events, or factors outside our reasonable control.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TREX GROW is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, absolute accuracy of customer-generated content, or that the service will meet every business requirement without configuration, onboarding, or operational review.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TREX GROW will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, use, or data arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited to the amount paid by you to TREX GROW for the applicable service during the period defined in the governing commercial agreement.

13. Suspension and termination

TREX GROW may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, fail to meet payment obligations, create legal or security risk, or use the service in a way that may harm TREX GROW, other customers, or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active subscription or commercial commitments.

14. Updates to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are material, we may provide notice through the service, by email, or by updating this page. Your continued use of TREX GROW after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
