A no-expiry plan
Free can remain active for its included workflows without a subscription or countdown. It is not a temporary preview screen.
Start with Free when core records and customer documents cover today's work and you want no deadline. Use the one-time 30-day trial only when your team is ready to test a named paid workflow and make a decision before expiry.
The Free plan is an ongoing operating plan. The 30-day trial is a one-time, company-level window into one selected paid plan. Confusing them can make a team start the clock too early or expect access behaviour that TREX Grow does not provide.
Pricing uncertainty
Billing cycle, country display, plan limits and support policies all affect the decision. Each one should be explicit before payment.
Free can remain active for its included workflows without a subscription or countdown. It is not a temporary preview screen.
The trial activates Starter, Essential or Premium for 30 days so the company can prove a workflow before paying.
The trial belongs to the company, not each user. Selecting another paid plan later does not create a fresh trial.
If the trial expires before payment, company access is blocked. The company does not automatically return to Free.
Free is useful while the team builds core records. The trial is useful when named users can test a named paid workflow now.
Users and products are unlimited across current plans; the decision turns on documents, purchasing, stock and warehouse depth.
Choose Free when its included core work is enough or when the company is not ready for a time-boxed evaluation. Choose the trial when one missing paid capability is important enough to test with representative records, responsible users and a decision date.
Use this page to understand the current conditions, then verify the country-aware amount and checkout wording immediately before payment.
Products, customers, quotations, invoices, Malaysia e-Invoice submission, catalog, RFQ, appointments, users and permissions can give an SME a useful operating foundation.
Trial Starter for complete sales documents, Essential for purchasing and stock, or Premium for deeper warehouse locations, picking and counts.
Starting with Free does not itself consume the paid-plan trial. Build clean records and a test case before the owner starts the trial.
Assign owners, success criteria and the final decision date before activating the paid-plan entitlement.
Use Free to establish the records and customer-facing work that later plans build on. The product screen below shows an example product-record foundation; broader purchasing, stock-entry, adjustment and warehouse workflows remain paid-plan capabilities.

Create products, categories, customers, users, permissions and company settings before adding deeper workflow layers.
Prepare quotations and invoices, including supported Malaysia e-Invoice submission when intermediary setup is active.
Use catalog, RFQ and appointments to organise how customers browse, request quotations or book services.
Attachments, multi-currency, broader sales documents, purchasing, inventory-management pages, warehouse workflows and Accounting Beta are not part of a new Free organisation. Final quotation and invoice PDFs include TREX Grow branding.
A trial is useful only when the selected paid plan matches the workflow under review. The purchase-order-linked stock-entry screen below is an Essential or Premium example; it is not included in a Starter trial.

Test complete sales documents, official receipts, attachments, multi-currency and Accounting Beta without purchasing or inventory management.
Test purchasing, suppliers, stock entries, inventory adjustments, supplier documents and WMS-lite General and BIN handling.
Test custom locations, location ledgers, product-location ledgers, delivery picking, picking-list PDFs and inventory-count sessions.
Complete one representative customer, supplier or stock cycle and record the gaps, ownership and expected ongoing use.
The owner upgrades the company entitlement to one selected paid plan. That plan becomes active immediately and its 30-day clock begins. This is why the activation decision should be deliberate rather than treated as another product-tour click.
Use this page to understand the current conditions, then verify the country-aware amount and checkout wording immediately before payment.
Plan access applies to the company workspace, not to one individual user.
Only the company owner can upgrade or pay for a plan through the current self-service workflow.
Starter, Essential or Premium becomes active when the eligible trial is started.
A company that has already used a paid-plan trial or subscription cannot obtain another trial by selecting a different plan.
When an unpaid trial expires, access is blocked while the company remains on the selected plan. Contact support for manual downgrade guidance if needed.
The safest sequence protects the trial window until the business has a real reason to use it. Free remains the default when core work is enough; the paid trial begins only when a named gap and a capable test team exist.

Use Free or begin the right paid-plan trial.
Complete one representative paid workflow.
Review the annual amount and checkout terms.
Email support promptly when a change is needed.
A dependable decision checks the live amount, proves the workflow and keeps the support route visible.
List the customer documents, purchasing records, stock movements and warehouse tasks the company must run now.
Mark which tasks are already covered by Free and identify the first missing paid capability.
Stay on Free if there is no current blocker, and use the time to clean products, customers, users and operating rules.
If a blocker exists, select the paid plan that contains that exact workflow before activating the one-time trial.
Run one representative end-to-end workflow with the users responsible and record pass, gap and effort evidence.
Before expiry, pay for the smallest plan that passes or contact TREX Grow for downgrade guidance; do not assume automatic Free reversion.
Do not spend the trial on generic exploration. Prepare the data, people and evidence standard before activation so the team can judge whether the paid workflow deserves an annual commitment.
Use a real quotation-to-delivery, purchase-to-receipt or location-to-count path instead of sampling unrelated screens.
Name the person who will activate the trial, coordinate users, collect evidence and make the final plan recommendation.
Set up representative products, customers, suppliers, quantities, terms and user permissions before the trial clock starts.
Complete the common path, then test a return, partial receipt, adjustment, revision or approval case that usually creates manual work.
Set an internal decision date several days before the trial ends so payment or support requests are not left until access is blocked.
Verify live Pricing and the final checkout terms before authorising an annual paid plan.
Most avoidable friction comes from treating activation as the decision. The decision should happen after a prepared workflow test and before the entitlement expires.
Most pricing surprises begin with an unchecked assumption, not the published headline amount.
Use the Product Tour for orientation. Save the one-time trial for a prepared workflow test.
Free has no expiry for its included workflows and can remain the operating plan when those capabilities are enough.
The entitlement is shared by the company; switching from one paid plan to another does not restart the 30 days.
An unpaid expired trial blocks access and does not automatically return the company to Free.
Starter cannot prove purchasing or inventory work, and Essential cannot prove every Premium warehouse control.
The person buying the plan cannot validate sales, purchasing, finance and warehouse hand-offs alone.
Accounting Beta still requires setup and explicit activation, and its calculations and reports require qualified review.
Transparent conditions protect the decision. Use the current Pricing page and in-app upgrade screen as the live commercial source, and ask TREX Grow before activating if eligibility, expiry or downgrade handling is unclear.
The current workflow does not require payment when an eligible 30-day trial starts. Payment is required to continue the selected paid plan after the trial.
Paid plans are priced annually. Check the live Pricing page for the current plan list, Malaysia amount and any changed terms before committing.
Customers cannot currently self-downgrade. Contact [email protected] so the team can review the account and advise the next step.
Paid plans and their trials include Accounting Beta, but an authorised user must complete setup and explicitly activate it. Calculations, postings and reports may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by a qualified accountant.
This page does not promise automatic data conversion, deletion timing or immediate self-service downgrade after expiry. Confirm account-specific handling with TREX Grow support.
Choose Free when core workflows are enough or preparation is still needed. Explore the 30-day trial when a named paid workflow, responsible users and a before-expiry decision plan are ready.
No. Free is an ongoing plan with no expiry for its included core workflows. The 30-day trial is a one-time company entitlement that activates one selected paid plan for a limited evaluation period.
